Strategic Leadership and Business Management Journal (SLBMJ) is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed, biannual scholarly journal committed to the publication of high-quality research in the areas of strategic leadership, business management, and organizational studies. Scope of Journal

SLBMJ is published by Physio Rehab and Research Center (Pvt) Ltd, follows the whole publication process in accordance with HEC rules & guidelines, and international guidelines and standards for research journals. Journal uses Open Journal System (OJS) for all types of communications and publication processes to ensure transparency, integrity, and efficiency. Journal aims to be indexed with reputed international indexing agencies, such as DOAJ, EBSCO, J-Gate, ProQuest, DRJI, etc as per HEC guidelines. The journal has its Editorial and Advisory Board. The Editorial Board is comprised of the Chief Editor, Editor, and Managing Editor. The Advisory Board comprises reputed national and international subject specialists. The journal covers a broad and multidisciplinary range of topics within strategic leadership, business management, and organizational studies. The journal welcomes high-quality theoretical, empirical, and applied research that examines leadership and management issues in diverse organizational, institutional, and economic contexts.

SLBMJ encourages submissions from academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers that offer original insights, methodological rigor, and practical relevance.
